Description

The RACKHAM 80 is designed as a completely unrestricted self-sufficiency bag. Its high-tenacity 500D polyester fabric, double-coated with PVC, is assembled using high-frequency welding: no exposed seams, no thread. The fabric forms a welded unit, certified IP67.

80 liters of main volume, without any fixed internal compartments. The bag can be organized differently depending on the outing: photo bivouac, shooting with sensitive equipment, long-format travel, multi-day expeditions. You pack according to your needs, not according to what the bag imposes on you.

Special feature: a separate side-access compartment, completely independent of the main compartment. For dirty shoes, wet clothes, or a wet swimsuit after a swim. They never come into contact with the rest of the contents, and do not reduce the available volume when you are not using them.

The shoulder straps are attached high on the back — not at the top of the bag. This ergonomics lifts the load, making carrying significantly more comfortable under a heavy load. They are also fully removable via carabiners, allowing the bag to be secured flat on a luggage rack, roof rack, or motorcycle.

At the front, a large stretch Lycra pocket: water bottle, snack, map, flashlight — accessible in two seconds without opening the bag. On the sides, MOLLE loops allow you to attach compatible accessories. At the ends, two compression straps adjust the volume.

Le RACKHAM 80 est-il vraiment submersible ?

Oui. Certification IP67 : immersion jusqu'à 30 minutes sans qu'une goutte ne rentre. Conçu pour les environnements marin et outdoor intensifs.

Pourquoi pas de compartiments internes ?

C'est un choix de conception. La compartimentation imposée force une organisation qui ne convient pas à tous les usages. Le RACKHAM laisse le volume entièrement libre, pour que vous l'organisiez selon la sortie. Si vous voulez compartimenter, ajoutez un TUBE 3 à l'intérieur.

Comment fonctionne le compartiment latéral pour affaires mouillées ?

C'est une poche indépendante du compartiment principal, avec son propre accès latéral. Vous y mettez chaussures sales, vêtements humides, matériel souillé — sans que cela touche le reste. Quand vous ne l'utilisez pas, il ne réduit pas les 80 litres disponibles.

Le RACKHAM est-il confortable chargé à 20-25 kg ?

Oui, grâce aux bretelles fixées haut dans le dos qui relèvent la charge, à la sangle pectorale et à la ceinture ventrale. Conçu pour les expéditions multi-semaines en pleine autonomie.
